Altum Consulting are working with an International Development Organisation to find a Senior Finance Analyst for a fixed term contract of 9 months. Responsibilities:
Advise the senior leadership team (SLT) in the directorate on decisions with financial impact, based on interpretation of results and business insight Work with Fundraising Department Heads to produce their multiple year budgets that are required to achieve the multi-year operational plan and strategy Further development of automated, self-service reporting from our existing systems, ensuring quality and accuracy of data Identify operational and financial risks, and determine the method of mitigating the risk with relevant stakeholders Candidate Profile: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA is desirable) Previous experience working in a business partnering role is essential Experience with Power BI system is essential Proven experience of using insight and analysis to provide trends, inform and drive business decisions This role is flexible for the right candidate who may want to work part-time at 4 days a week.
