Investigo Finance are recruiting a Finance Analyst for a highly recognised client in the Northampton region. In the position of Finance Analyst based in Northampton you will work as part of a 40 strong finance team supporting the business with key financial data/ reports to improve business performance. Duties to include: Support month end management accounts preparation and reporting: Like for like sales calculation Accruals and prepayments preparation Branch overhead variance analysis and investigation Submission of results to Group Finance Preparation of monthly reporting packs Query resolution for branch managers and regional directors Preparation of daily / weekly / fortnightly performance reporting: Branch performance reporting Sales and margin reporting Sales area reporting Bonus calculations Support the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process: Preparation of the forecasting and budgeting models "Build" forecasts and budgets in Hyperion Planning Submission of results to Group Finance Business partner the Regional Directors through the process Preparation of reporting packs The Profile The successful candidate will need to have previous accounting experience studying towards a professional qualification Ability to manipulate large volumes of data and present findings to key internal stake holders Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with the business The Salary £28,000 - £35,000 plus full study package plus career development
