An exciting opportunity for a dynamic, bright accounts payable clerk to join a growing West London based (suitable for Central, Hammersmith and City, Circle and London Overground lines) technology company in a standalone purchase ledger position. Working within a small, friendly team reporting to the Financial Controller, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously carry out a wide range of duties across 3 companies on Sage Line 50, your responsibilities will include: Processing invoices onto Sage 50 Reconciling Purchase Order numbers Supplier statement reconciliations Payment runs Bank reconciliations Maintenance of the fixed asset register Assisting with month end reconciliations and close down procedures Handling of queries both by telephone and by email Working with multiple currencies including USD end Euro Excellent stakeholder management through the application of strong communication skills For the successful candidate, the potential of long term progression is a very strong possibility. The role is a 40 hour week and these hours can be worked with flexibility. Previous working usage of Sage 50 is essential.
