I have an exciting opportunity to join a market leading business based in great offices in a fantastic location in Canary Wharf as a Financial Analyst. This permanent role will sit within a team of 4/5 reporting into the Finance Manager. The company are well established in their field and have a strong finance team in place that they are building on due to expansion. This Financial Analyst job involves having a strong focus on project accounting, reporting and analysis. Duties are extremely varied and will include, analysis of project costs and benefits, monthly project report production, variance analysis, developing project budgets, identifying process improvements, supporting system development and planning, performance reports and presentations of findings. Additionally the Financial Analyst will complete balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, month end reconciliations, supporting the bank reconciliations and month end sign off, maintaining records for audit purposes and working across the whole finance team to provide cover to operational and management roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to progress their career as a Financial Analyst. Candidates will ideally be a graduate from a good university and be studying CIMA ideally. ACCA studiers will also be considered so long as there is a genuine interest in pursuing an analysis and reporting role.
