Payroll & Benefits Specialist £45k to £50k Benefits - City, London A leading Wealth Manager based in the City seek an experienced Payroll Specialist to head up their Payroll & Benefits offering for their UK population. Reporting into the Head of HR you will be the subject matter expert for the UK payroll and benefits associated with the UK. The role Payroll: Oversee the monthly UK payroll and everything associated with it Provide monthly reporting to Finance Provide ad hoc calculations and manage the Year End process Shares: Maintain records for leavers: New grants and vesting's Manage communications to employees Processing through the payroll and preparing statutory reports Benefits: Manage annual renewals for Life and Income Protection schemes Scheme administration Manage auto-enrolment processes, monthly calculations, payroll process and data upload to providers Scheme administration for UK pension schemes Managing UK and Ireland medical schemes Overseeing general administration for all schemes Process monthly invoicing Liaison with advisors Manage the annual review process Overseeing childcare vouchers, STL and Share Incentive Plans Must have's: Strong UK Payroll & Benefits experience and exposure Strong legislation knowledge Strong Excel Confident communicator at all levels of business internal and external Team player
