SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a fantastic company based in Nottingham on a permanent basis. This is a challenging yet rewarding role offering an opportunity where no two days are the same. As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
• Responsibility for the Sales Ledger
• Effective credit control on business to business accounts
• Chasing Overdue Accounts by Telephone
• Invoice query and account issue resolution
• Update and maintain all customer contact notes
• Identify and escalate potential issues to the Team leader
• Allocate payments to customers' accounts
• Sending weekly and monthly invoices and statements to customers
• Opening and vetting new accounts
• Taking credit card payments The ideal candidate should have:
• The successful candidate needs to have previous commercial knowledge and exposure to all aspects of credit control in a business to business environment.
• You must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing in order to effectively resolve issues and build relationships.
