My client, based in the Kettering area are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their established team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

• Working in a fast paced environment and responsible for high volume Purchase Order and Invoice Query Management.
• Processing weekly paperwork received from clients
• Assisting in the day to day running of Purchase Ledger
• Statement Reconciliations
• Contacting Suppliers - You will work to resolve invoice queries either by telephone or Email
• Assist in Supplier Payment run preparation Skills:
• Previous experience of Purchase Ledger/invoice processing
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work to deadlines and be organised
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
