We currently have an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our UK Operations Finance team, based in Oxfordshire, supporting the significant manufacturing capacity expansion underway at the Witney site plus other Operational and R&D projects. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial and non-financial stakeholders in accounting activities, focusing on capital and project expense, including budgeting, forecasting, and modelling. Building relationships with these operational teams, you will work on variance analysis, improving long term planning processes and financial controls, CAPEX proposals, and procurement. You will also collaborate with colleagues on other expansion activities across ADC in Ireland and USA. To be successful, you will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, and bring a breadth of experience of FP&A, combined with strong analytics. Working knowledge of SAP, TM1 and Oracle (Hyperion/Essbase) is preferred, and experience of AS400 ERP beneficial. We're looking for someone who is ambitious, highly organised, and excited about joining a team at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who takes initiative and is able to work within a small team, but interact on a wider business scale. You will need to have excellent communication and time management skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities:
To act as the finance business partner with Operations to track performance, deliver their budget and the longer term business plan To produce and distribute weekly and monthly and ad-hoc management information to the business based on the key drivers of the business Dealing with capital expansion project which will include Capex, fixed asset accounting and preparation for external audits. Person Specification: Able to make complex things simple Ability to communicate with both finance and non-financial individuals alike. Must be adaptable, a team player and have an eye for detail. Commercial experience is preferred given the nature of our clients business. This role is temporary but could lead to permanent for the right candidate.
