Your experience of working in Practice can be shaped by a few things, sometimes the working environment and sometimes the clients... In this position, you kind of have the best of both worlds. 360-Recruitment are working with a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Northampton that have created a new position that can be scaled up or down for the right person. Starting as either a Semi-Senior Accountant you will work with a variety of clients and build a wide range of experience as you progress towards becoming a Senior Accountant. This is a great company to work for, you can shape your working hours for either a late start or early finish.
