Responsibilities:
Processing payments Produce and send credit letters Ensure debts are promptly paid Refer outstanding debt to debt collection agency or take responsibility for the collection through the Courts as appropriate Ensure all exceptions are highlighted and escalated as appropriate. Ensure debtor days are within agreed targets. Ensure all shortfalls are dealt with on a daily basis. To monitor, reconcile and record all information Ensure all authorisation requirements are met Prepare reports required for management Provide support to the wider team as necessary Successful candidates: Immediately available Experience working within a finance department Friendly and outgoing
