We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join us on a permanent basis at our Crumlin (South Wales) site. This role is pivotal to provide reliable insights to the SLT and board in relation to revenue, margin and pipeline. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Strong analytic and presentation skills to clearly analyse and articulate revenue, margin and pipeline performance to SLT and Board Implementation of standard processes to report, interrogate and forecast revenue, margin and pipeline, leveragingSFDC Proactive engagement across functions to reliably and accurately report actual and forecast revenue, margin and pipeline across territories and value streams Build solid working relationships with CCO, Commercial Operations Manager and Regional Sales Directors as a trusted partner to the group Commercial functions providing the right balance of robust challenge and support for commercial decision making Review and challenge supply agreement terms and pricing for key accounts Provide financial analytical and insights to aid decision making, including revenue, margin, pipeline and cashflow analysis Provide periodic commentary on revenue performance and forecast / outlook versus budget/forecast to Board level standard Continuously improve the accuracy and presentation of commercial management information Support the CCO to develop and report on the effectiveness of the Commercial reward structure Coordinate and direct the preparation of the revenue budget and financial forecasts and report variances Participate in budget holder key meetings to provide sound financial advice and support Production of management information / KPI data and preparing all necessary analysis to guide and support the Commercial team in marking business decisions Evaluate and flag risks and help the business to understand and mitigate these Evaluation of commercial bids and tenders Review commercial commission calculations Reconcile total revenue in MSF and associated Commercial reports to Group Consolidation by end of WD1 each month Ensure adherence to revenue recognition requirements by working with Group Finance Direct line management of Revenue & Cost analyst Requirements As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will be educated to a degree level and be either ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience in a role of similar nature. To be successful in this role you will need strong commercial awareness and be experienced in the bid process & contract negotiation.
