Fyte are working alongside our client based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a Finance Manager with the ability to speak and write Spanish. The successful candidate will report to the Reconciliations Finance Manager, and will manage the migration of the centralized reconciliation process, leading a small team. This role will be working directly with the Latin America division of the business and so Spanish language skills are a necessity. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Be the main point of contact for the region for any queries on reconciliation preparation Understand and implement new global accounting policies and ensure adherence Manage the reconciliation process for the region Manage and coach the team, ensuring they are given the best tools for success Previous Experience The successful candidate will be an experienced finance professional with skills in reconciliation management at high volume, working in a fast paced business. You will have Spanish language skills, both written and spoken. Experience managing a small finance team would also be highly beneficial.
