Head of FP&A job in London, supporting the senior leadership team at this FTSE listed property business.

Your new company
This FTSE listed real estate business has developed itself into a leading brand across the sector. With several successful development projects across Europe, they operate an efficient, fully integrated business model that has seen the business scale in recent years.

Your new role
Given lots of autonomy you will be tasked with leading the Group's financial planning activities and business partner the various internal operational heads. Ensuring that the Group management reporting requirements are met will see you presenting this information to both finance and non-finance colleagues, and FP&A metrics that challenge the business will have to be created to understand unique KPI drivers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. Progression of seniority in roles will be will be prevalent from your experience, alongside experience of commercial presentations of management information. Despite having a strong financial modelling skill set using Excel and other financial modelling FP&A tools, you'll also be able to easily demonstrate your communication skills and personality to deal with international teams and colleagues.
