Senior Financial Analyst/FC, EMEA Based: Home/London

c£65K basic plus poss. Share options An exciting opportunity to set up and shape the Financial Operations and processes for the UK Business in line with UK regulations & European HQ Laws etc. You will oversee the Company's financial, administrative, and Investor Relationship Management needs as the FC and act as a Chief Financial Officer for the business and Financial Guidance etc. You will work alongside other members of the Executive Management team & CEO in HQ Europe to determine overall growth & direction for the company. Responsible for FP & A and keep a close watch on the company's budget and investment evaluations and projections for growth Globally.Working with the Sales Director in the UK & Team in Europe & Middle East you will help to shape the Financials of the Business needs and Contracts etc. Create & review detailed financial reports and makes recommendations based on them. Makes sure that the company has adequate financial controls in place with Governance and IFRS etc. working with the Finance Head etc. in HQ in Europe to consolidate the Statutory Accounts etc. and Year End. Ideal Profile: You will have 7 years experience in Financial Management or Analysis, ideally have expertise in Financial Projections and in dealing with new and existing Investor relationships etc for potential market growth and deal with the Investment Banks for the business etc. With your FINTECH background, you will help set up the UK Office and Financial needs to integrate with EMEA. You will have a small Accounting Team reporting into you from HQ in Europe and manage the outsourced Payroll and Financials in Dubai etc.This role is greenfield, reporting into the COO and may include responsibilities like: Develop financials to reflect regulations and cost projections for the UK market and EMEA with Chief of Sales & small Accounts Team.
• Assist with Growth Strategy Roadmap & work with Investment Banks
• Develops tax and financial strategies for consolidation etc.
• Set up & oversee EMEA Best practice and budgeting processes
• Develop and analyse metrics that showcase the company's performance
• Works with multiple departments, such as accounting, human resources and Sales on operational & software services offered as a SaaS model
• Work with Senior Directors to improve processes and run SWOT over the business models and future recurring revenue streams etc.
• Maintains relationships with key members of each team within the company
• Examine employee benefits packages and looks for cost-effective benefits solutions and poss introduce Share Option scheme etc.
• Communicate with third parties that perform company functions and key partners etc.
• Reviews and approves certain forms and Compliance for the UK & Europe
• Create Management & Board reporting information that deal with Investors Expectations and due diligence, potential risks and solutions as well as the company's overall financial projections and present the reports to the executive board
• Analyse and makes investments to ensure the company has a robust and profitable portfolio
• Ensure the company remains in line with local, state, and Gov. tax regulations Ideal Qualifications:
• Accounting Qualifications would be ideal but not essential. Financial Management and Controllership is more important.
• ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA or similar with 5-7 Years of Financial Management Experience, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Strong Written Communication Skills, Strong Spoken Communication Skills to liaise with various European accents and MiddleEast in a multi-cultural environment. Relationship Builder and Adaptable, Detail Oriented, Willingness to Travel to Europe and Middle East as needed. Prob. 1-2 times per quarter.
