What are the core responsibilities? Deliver monthly sales reporting to the business Prepare quarterly sales bonus reports Take full responsibility for the sales reporting process for the UK entities. Be the finance representative at the sales and forecasting meetings, gaining commercial perspective and delivering feedback on business performance. Deliver monthly reporting that feeds into the board pack, whilst also maintaining appropriate levels of finance governance. So who are you? You will be a fully qualified accountant for this role, with demonstrable experience of business partnering sales functions in a previous role. You will be a natural rapport builder and someone who enjoys interacting with non-finance stakeholders. Not least, you will be comfortable delivering difficult conversations where performance is not up to the required levels and will have strong influencing and negotiation skills to boot.
