Interaction Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be representing a well established client in their search for an Accounts Assistant to work on a part time basis based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire Working 15 hours per week (3 hours per day), responsibilities include: Matching Supplier Invoices and Delivery Notes Entering Supplier Invoices and matching against the Goods Received Note Processing Supplier Payments Posting Cash Receipts to the Sales Ledger Entering payments & receipts into the Cash Book Weekly Bank Reconciliation Entry of daily time sheets into a database and exporting these to the ERP system Reconciliation of time sheets with the record of attendance. Applications are invited from individuals with the following skills and experience: Previous experience of a varied accounts role IT Literate, especially Microsoft Excel Able to manage their own time Work with a high level of attention to detail Successful candidates must be able to commence work on 24th June, and be able to commit to the full duration of the contract For further information, please apply using the link for this immediately available opportunity
