Finance Business Partner / Northampton / £30,000 - £35,000 Role Take ownership of financial KPIs across the Commercial function Review business performance reports and provide detailed analysis and commentary to support the decision making process Monitor commercial teams performance and variance against the agreed plan, providing detailed trend analysis and exception reporting Drive cost controllership, bringing deep understanding of cost drivers to monitor & optimise commercial spend effectiveness Support commercial teams in all financial aspects of initiatives and projects using established financial evaluation tools (i.e. investment evaluation) Profile It is essential the candidate is studying towards a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Strong communication skills - able to push back, add value and support stakeholders with ongoing projects High degree of commercial acumen Strong Excel knowledge Able to work within tight deadlines Results orientated, with a desire to succeed T he Company Based in Northampton, the organisation is well-respected, an employer of choice and at the forefront of its industry.
