Finance Manager Qualified Leicester £40k - £45k The Opportunity Flowers has been engaged to identify and appoint a key financial position for a growing e-commerce business based in Leicester. This is an exciting and fast-growing import / export organization currently at £8m turnover and has future plans to expand into Europe We are looking for a Finance Manager who can develop and maintain company financial processes to help meet or exceed corporate goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, overseeing an Assistant in providing insight, visibility and ensuring diligent control over the financial operations. In addition, the company has heavily invested into a new software implementation which will be going live in September. Knowledge of Netsuite is preferable however experience with any system implementation is highly desirable The Role Being an online business, the demands of the dept are very much transactional involving volume purchasing and reconciliation. Your role will be to ensure processes are robust and the validity of data is highly accurate. In addition, you will ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements such as VAT, customs and excise and audit trails. Finally, you will responsible for working closely with the MD in providing key financial and management information, management accounts, visibility and insight. This will include budgeting and forecasting. The Candidate This is a role well suited to a finance professional who harbours the ambition to work within a developing SME business. Your experience to date should reflect the above and demonstrate strong technical capabilities within transaction management. At the same time, you should be experienced within both Management and Financial Accounting processes supported by advanced spreadsheet capabilities. You will be qualified ACCA / ACMA / ACA
