We have partnered with a client of ours exclusively who can offer all of the above who are looking for Payroll Coordinators. Ideally, you will have knowledge of not only in house payroll but also paying Limited Company Contractors and Umbrella company payments. Delivering to multiple clients critical payroll services, which are delivered accurately and on time. The role requires preparing client files for payment, performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and to deliver within strict client deadlines. Additionally, this role requires effective and professional management of verbal and written enquiries from clients and cast & crew payees, including to provide updates on processing, manage payment exceptions and ensure the process is seamless for both client and payee. Responsibilities:
Accountable for the accurate preparation and processing of daily payroll files, ensuring payments are executed within specific timelines. Coordinate the collection of new starter information for on-boarding of staff Perform and document individual reconciliations , ensure full auditable records are kept Ensuring compliance is adheared to at all times to relevant payroll regulations and legislation Timely issuing payslips, P45's and P60's in accordance with service agreements, legal and or regulatory requirements Enusring all reports are produced, tracked and auditable, including required HMRC submissions KPI's: Payroll accuracy % / error rates % task completion within SLA's Meet pass % against service quality standards Meet new or adhoc targets issued as part of individual company campaigns Skills & Experiences: Attention to detail Communication skills, must be able to professionally communicate internally and externally Time management, ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Team work, work well within a team, assists others, shares knowledge and strives to meet joint goals Payroll processing experience
