Financial Controller
Location:
Chichester Hours: Part Time - 30hrs per week
Salary:
£40 - 45k pro rate Our client is an up and coming wholesale company based in Sussex who, due to the increase in business and branch growth, is looking for a Financial Controller to report to the Group Finance Director in their brand-new branch in Chichester. This is a permanent role and you will join the team at a great time when the business is expanding. You could be responsible for the following duties so will have demonstrable work experience: Management of the finance function and overseeing the two other members of the finance team Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes Preparation of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports Cash management and treasury duties Overseeing the Payroll process Preparation of VAT returns Experience & Qualifications ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified Experience in a similar role essential Knowledge of finance accounting budgeting and forecasts Preparation statutory accounts Excellent management skills, motivational leader Strong excel and system skills As part of the role, you will be expected to work in Crawley at least one day per week so the ability to drive is essential.
