We are currently looking for a Financial Controller for a private equity-backed company in the hospitality sector. They are looking to grow on a buy and build model and need someone to come in and help scale the business across the UK and US. Reporting to a friendly and charismatic Group Financial Controller who has a proven track record in growing the turnover of businesses, you will oversee a shared service centre, which consists of multiple accountants, as well as business partner to help grow profit in the business. You will be expected to be hands-on with reporting, consolidation, bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts. This is the perfect role for an ambitious Financial Controller who is looking to progress into a Group Financial Controller in the future. What you will be doing: Report to the Group Financial Controller with divisional performance Manage a team of accounts receivables and payables remotely Hands on with consolidation, reporting, bank recs and cash flow forecasting Carry out business partnering to improve profitability Do due diligence for potential M&A activity and help with integration Work on the P&L accounts and the balance sheet System administration of NetSuite Oversee management accountant and their preparation of statutory and management accounts About you: NetSuite or Oracle experience is essential Prior experience managing employees The ability to perform in a dynamic environment Strong cash flow forecasting, consolidation, reporting and management skills If this role sounds like a strong match to your skill set, please send over a copy of your CV.
