The company specialize in delivering Help Desk and IT Service Management solutions to large blue-chip organizations and to the public sector. The Finance Department combines a Business Partnering approach to support the operational requirements of the group while maintaining the standard functions of sales & purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, expenses, tax compliance, the preparation of Management and Statutory Accounts. The purpose of this role is to support the Revenue and Commercial manager, the Management Accountant, Payroll Production, the production of the audited statutory accounts, and the professional services department. The role holder will be responsible for: Sales Processing - involved with Customer Order Validation through invoice preparation and ledger processing for a selection of countries. Maintenance & Support Renewal Calculations - Provide Customers with accurate and timely information on the value and coverage of M&S, through to producing Sales Invoices for a selection of countries. Prepare and review customer and partner contracts Management Accounts Payroll Support - Prepare and calculate commission and submit monthly payroll changes to our overseas payroll providers. Audit - help with the production of the audit file and manage any queries raised as part of the audit The role holder must have the following: Graduate degree or similar in accounting/finance, such as HND/AAT/BA. High level of attention to detail with a methodical approach to work. PC literate, competent user of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel Strong numeric skills including basic mental arithmetic skills You must communicate confidently at all levels with a high standard of English (grammar & spelling) Desirable Skills Experience in accounting packages Knowledge of Payroll Processing Commercial experience working for an international company with several overseas offices Knowledge of taxation regulations in Europe, North America & Asia-Pac Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity, apply now.
