Bookkeeper/Payroll THE COMPANY Working for a well-established, corporate company in Shipton by Beingbrough. YOUR NEW JOB - Balancing accounts - Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments - Completing VAT returns - Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue - Checking company bank statements - Repairing cash flow statements - Dealing with financial paperwork and filing - Assisting in the preparation of the profit and loss sheets for the annual accounts. - Processing payroll - Making the monthly payments on time - Working out tax and national insurance deductions - Setting up new members of staff - Calculating overtime - Issuing tax forms (P45s for example) - Managing special situations like maternity or sickness pay The ideal candidate will have strong payroll and bookkeeping skills. They will also have excellent time keeping and organisational skills. They will be proficient with Sage and Xero software. WHATS ON OFFER £13.50 p/h Part time - 2-3 days per week approx. 20 hours
