Meraki Talent are looking for an experienced Tax Assistant to join an outstanding professional services company in Edinburgh. This role is well suited for someone looking to return to work who already has 2years' experience within a similar Tax role. The Tax Assistant's duties: - Responsibility for the tax compliance work which will include, self-assessments, executries, trusts, partnerships and repayment claims. - Assisting with advisory and tax planning work - Delivery of financial targets and KPI's - Working as a team player, helping the team to stay on track for the demands of the firm - Working closely with clients to deliver cost effective work across the teams and departments The Tax Assistant's background: - 2 Year's tax experience, ideally from a similar professional services environment - Experience using CCH Personal Tax software is highly desirable - Proven experience working closely with clients to deliver a high-quality service - Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients This position is well suited to someone who is looking for flexible working. This is a 3 day a week position with options to be flexible in your daily hours. In this role you will closely work with the wider accountancy team. Is this job for you?
