RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high level insight on the COTS (Amdocs/Net cracker) along with end to end visibility on the overall Telecom architecture EXPERIENCE: worked as Solution Architect in major Telco transformation, Clear understanding of Telecom standard processes, experience in defining AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, TAM / SID framework. Experience in Enterprise architect, ArchiMate etc . Should have ETOM/TOGAF certification. Should have programming background in C++/Java/web technology. Hands-on Experience in Amdocs CES and Net cracker stack of COTS covering CRM, Billing, Fulfillment, Service provisioning. Worked as SME/Expert for Amdocs CES/ Net cracker in major transformation. Worked on RFP responses towards Amdocs/Net cracker COTS stack of Billing/CRM/Fulfillment Worked as SME/COTS expert Experience in variety of architecture principles like SOA, Microservices Exp: 12 Behavioral Skills : Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
