Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working with an excellent, forward-thinking business based in Rotherham. They have recently gone through a restructure and are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with the high volume workload and with bringing the ledger up to date. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced Credit Control position, using excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail and experience chasing payments over the phone in a professional capacity. Responsibilities:
- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email - Setting up new accounts - Allocating cash to accounts - Creating/running daily credit reports - Journal payments - Resolving any queries with the customers - Taking payments over the phone - Raising a high volume of invoices on an ad-hoc basis - Daily management of own accounts Experienced required: - At least 1 years' worth of experience working within a Credit Control position - Confident liaising with individuals at all levels - Experience working with a high volume of accounts - Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English - Computer literate including strong Excel skills - including VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables If you meet the criteria for this role and are interested in finding out more about the role, please do not hesitate to apply or contact Abbie Goodison.
