My client is looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Working 9.00 - 5.00, Monday to Friday you will report directly to the Financial Controller. Purpose of Role: To provide full financial support to the Finance Team. This role requires good communication skills, accuracy, ability to assimilate information, attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to: ? Reconciliation of balance sheet nominals ? Raising and completion of sales invoices ? Understanding and application of exchange rate calculations ? Process initial stage of payments both through financial software and bank ? Use of case management software ? Handle general enquires, processes documents, engage in file maintenance; records, undertake credit control duties; offer general administrative support to team members as directed by management ? Respond to external finance enquiries from clients, colleagues and other third party service providers. ? Process documentation and financial information, including data inputting, communicating with colleagues, clients and suppliers as required and generate correspondence in response to queries received, To be considered for this role you must: ?
