Payroll Administration Assistant Our Central Payroll Department in Leicester are recruiting for a Payroll Admin Assistant. Encore Personnel are a Recruitment business who pay 4000 workers weekly and we are looking for a new addition to the team. What you will do in your working day You will be assisting the Payroll team with a variety of administrative duties such as:- Updating TAX and Benefit Forms Updating New Starter and Leaver information Updating worker details Processing internal timesheet hours Processing worker holidays Checking and processing ad hoc payments Checking and processing statutory payments Checking PO numbers on invoices Issuing SSP1, SMP1 and SPP1 forms RTI, FPS and EPS submission Raising invoices / credit notesExperience is not needed as there will be extensive training provided and ongoing development. Working day is 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
