Head of Finance

Hands on Head of Finance Role within growing division

Your new company
A "number 1" role in finance for a Hampshire based division of a larger group seek to appoint a hands on Head of Finance with strong knowledge of Manufacturing accounting principles (stock, inventory, WIP etc...).

Your new role
Reporting to the EMEA Controller & local General Manager, you will manage the day to day running of a busy finance function with oversight for all reporting requirements. You will control the balance sheet, manage working capital and act as the key business partner to the local leadership team. You will manage risk and feed into all strategic initiatives driven at a local and group level. Furthermore, you will lead and inspire the local finance team so that they deliver excellent results day in day out.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong knowledge of the manufacturing sector. You will demonstrate a hands on approach and enjoy working within an SME but ideally have experience of reporting through more complex group structures. You will be flexible in your approach and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
