Part-Time Accounts Assistant

Your new company
A globally renowned video production company based just a 2 minute walk from Oxford Circus station are looking for a permanent, part-time Accounts Assistant to come into their existing finance team of 2 people.

Your new role
As the company's part-time Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in the team, covering a range of key responsibilities. These will include:

• Accounts Payable (processing invoices, bank reconciliations, processing payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, processing staff expense claims)
• Accounts Receivables (cash allocation, raising purchase orders, posting sales invoices)
• Dealing with international clients in Los Angeles and New York
• Reporting (cash flow, profit & loss)

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be an experienced Accounts Assistant who has vast experience working on both sides of the ledger. If you have some experience dealing with profit & loss reporting then this will be a bonus. On top of this, you will be an outgoing and confident individual who will enjoy working in a sociable environment.
