12 month FTC position for Head of Finance in Central Milton Keynes

This 12 month FTC contract will cover a period of maternity leave with our exclusive client situated in Central Milton Keynes.

As the Head of Finance you will already have a background across finance and treasury functions in order to meet the wider brief of the role: Responsibilities will include:

Management of the accounting function/team taking responsibility for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely production of financial statements and forecasts. You will also have oversight and supervision responsibilities for all treasury activities which will include managing the daily treasury flows and to minimise exposure to financial risk. Experience within project accounting would also be an advantage as you will also provide direct accounting support to key projects and bids.

Due to the need to bring someone in to the role quickly, you will be either available immediately or on very short notice. You will also be fully qualified with a recognised accounting qualification and ideally have a commercial business background with multi-site and multi currency exposure.

An excellent salary is offered for the position plus easy access to the central train station makes this an easily commutable location.
