Description

Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Patient Finance Manager with responsibility for the following duties:

Oversee team of 2
Ensure everything is billed correctly in line with company procedure;
Effective administration of Embassy billing and collection; reporting and analysis;
Build and maintain relationship with cross departments
Resolve billing and collection queries and communicate effectively;
Manage credit control systems enabling successful and a streamlined approach to in the reduction and management of the debt for Self-pay patients
Build and maintain relationship with patients - including VIP patients;
Prepare various reports and KPI's and discuss with team members;
Provide training and assistance to reception team;
Provide assistance with pricing and quotations;
A thorough knowledge of sales ledger procedures;
Other ad-hoc duties

Profile

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF BILLING IN A HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL COMPANY - IDEALLY PRIVATE, DEALING WITH EMBASSIES, VIP PATIENTS, HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES
