Strategic Planning Manager to manage 10 year business plan

Your new company
You will be working for a leading real estate developer that have a large retail portfolio across the UK and EMEA. The business are very passionate about their brand and are looking to bring on an Strategic Planning Manager with a similar mindset.

Your new role
You will be supporting the Head of Internal Reporting and be responsible for managing the 10 year plan for the entire business. This will involve:

• FP&A
• Financial modelling
• Business partnering with CEO, CFO, Development Director to deliver the plan which is then presented to the board

You will be managing a small team of analysts and be responsible for robust models that require strong attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with extensive financial planning and analysis experience, ideally within real estate. You will have excellent Excel skills and feel comfortable managing complex models. You will have excellent written and verbal communication and have previous experience partnering at a very senior level.
