We’re proud of our culture in easyJet, which we call our Orange Spirit. Our head office is in a working aircraft hangar in Luton and we have an international mind-set in everything we do. We are connected, fast paced, no-one stands on status, we’re lean but not mean, and our talent is the best in the industry. With over 270 aircraft flying over 800 routes to more than 30 countries, we’re the UK’s largest airline, the fourth largest in Europe and the tenth largest in the world. Flying over 80 million passengers a year, we employ over 12,000 people. It’s big-scale stuff and we’re still growing.

But for us, it’s about so much more than the numbers. In fact, if there’s one thing that sets us apart, it’s our people. Every one of them. Our pilots and cabin crew. Our engineers and central support teams. They’re the ones who make us the huge success story we are today. Which is why we offer so much in return, from training and development to rewards and recognition.
