Located in London's West End, our client is a leading Sports Car Manufacturer who, due to a number of high-profile launches, are expanding their accountancy team and are looking for an Accounts Payable and Treasury Assistant

Description

Located in London's West End, our client is looking for an Accounts Payable and Treasury Assistant with responsibility for the following duties:

- Processing expenses
- Processing Purchase ledger payments
- Lodgement of daily cash receipts from Wholesale funder
- Managing ad-hoc cheque payments, cash payments and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts excluding Bank and Cash related accounts
- Primary responsibility for the day to day relationship with the banking partner
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering legislation
- Assist with placing of Hedges and other related Financial instruments if deemed necessary
- Ensuring claims for expenses adhere strictly to company policy
- Maintain control of warranty provisions account and assess if provision held is sufficient
- Monitor parts stockholding and obsolescence provision
- Monitor and record agreed buyback liability with rental companies
- Company Credit Card clearing
- General administration and other office duties such as filing of signed contracts
- Other assignments or ad-hoc projects given by the Finance Management

Profile

The ideal candidate:

Previous Accounts Payable experience

Previous Cashiering/Treasury experience

Happy to work in a sole role

Job Offer

Salary of £30,000-£32,000
