Head of Finance

Your new company
A innovative, growing advertising business that harnesses artificial intelligence to promote relevant advertising content is looking to hire a head of finance to lead the London finance function and report directly to the CEO. The business has a global presence and is looking to expand and build over the next few years, presenting an exciting time to join the business.

Your new role
The role is responsible for the day to day management of the businesses finance operations with responsibilities including:

• Management of financial records - Accruals, P&L, Consolidations
• Variance analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting - monthly, quarterly and annually
• Cash flow management
• Financial reporting - French GAAP
• Development of processes and controls
• Staff management of 3 direct reports

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced accountant that speaks fluent french and has had experience working in France. You will need a strong working knowledge of french GAAP and consolidation processes, with the experience of managing and leading a team. You will have to be a confident communicator, capable of building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
