A media business based in the heart of London is looking to recruit a newly created role due to the ongoing growth and to help the finance team with its day to day management of financial transactions. This business has a fantastic portfolio of brands and has positioned itself in a promising way, with many exciting things to look forward to. You will be joining a small team in London, in an open plan office and be support a finance team of 3.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the transactional processing of the business. You will manage all purchase ledger duties including the processing of invoices, payments and also raise sales invoices and support the credit controller when necessary. As the company grows, the FC sees this role growing further whereby the successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in month end processes down the line.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have around 6 - 12 months of experience in a transactional role and be happy to work at this level for the short term. You must have amazing attention to detail and be keen to really support a finance team by taking on tasks as and when required.

What you'll get in return
You'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £25k + study support (ideally towards AAT) and have the chance to work in a small team where you will learn a considerable amount very early on. You will be given the chance to take on more responsibility and potentially hire a junior candidate to manage in the future.
