Finance and Legal Manager
My client is a Global manufacturer based in the Forest of Dean, due to a restructure and period of growth they are looking to take on an experience Finance and Legal Manager within their team.
The candidate will report to CFO. Will review financial results of various international subsidiaries and will ask various questions to respective CFOs / CEOs of respective subsidiaries, get information including reports from these subsidiaries on a monthly basis.
Will also manage, legal side of the UK business, which includes Corporate Law, Companies, Act, VAT, IPR. Will draft agreements, minutes of the board meetings, file annual accounts, returns to companies house. Finalise other agreements including bank documents, lease agreements etc.
You will be ACCA/ACA qualified, will have worked in an engineering industry having multiple manufacturing & sales locations. Looking for a candidate with 4 to 5 years practical work experience, at middle management level. Sound finance & costing knowledge, especially in the areas of budgetary control, marginal costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation etc. is essential. Knowledge of supporting software packages like, Excel, PowerPoint, Word is necessary.
