Finance Officer Moorgate £20,000 to £26,000 DOE Winlight Recruitment seek an astuteFinance Officer to join our growing company The Job: Due to growth, Winlight Recruitment are seeking an astute Finance Officer that can fit the mould and bond with the recruitment consultants to join our growing, fun-loving team. This is a value-adding role that will allow the successful person to progress in their career. Your role will vary and include the following tasks Weekly and monthly payroll input and calculations Input of online timesheets on various systems Creation of sales invoices Reconciliation of client invoice payments based on self-billed invoices generated daily Producing Statements and handling invoice queries Allocation of receipts to customer accounts Credit Control and the on-going reduction in debtor days Banking Preparing BACS payments The Fit: To fit in with us, you will need to be the ambitious type, the kind of person who want to progress and develop your career in accounts in a recruitment business and inspire others to follow your lead. The Experience: For the position of Finance Officer you will have the following skills: Payroll experience in a recruitment business is desirable A minimum of 1 years' experience in payroll or accounts Good understanding of Microsoft Excel is essential Understanding of payroll systems Previous experience of processing weekly and monthly payroll with regular starters and leavers Accurate and methodical
