Our client are seeking an Actuarial Analyst with a Pricing or Reserving background to support the evaluation and pricing of reinsurance opportunities. Responsibilities include: - Working with the reinsurance underwriters to analyse contracts, develop loss costs, quantify the impact of contract features, ascertain capital requirements and provide an understanding of the key risk drivers - Performing actuarial pricing, including experience rating and exposure rating of subject business and provide actuarial support to underwriters in pricing risks - Test and validate assumptions underlying pricing models Experience and Skills - Strong problem solving - Experience in VBA/R - Communication skills - Progress towards actuarial fellowship Please send your cv to hsarthur.co.uk
