Our client, a leading specialist reinsurer, has a unique opportunity for a talented Catastrophe Modeller, experienced in the use of vendor cat models (in particular RMS), to act as the main point of contact for all cat modelling activity with regards to internal and external stakeholders. In this key role, you will ensure modelling data is complete and meets quality standards before it is passed on to the cat modelling team. You will also ensure appropriate model versions and model settings are selected whilst conducting periodic reviews of cat model updates and model validation. In addition, you will manage the post-loss event response process and provide the claims and reserving teams with relevant data and information. Reinsurance and Lloyd's experience a bonus.
