Working for a Property Investment company, this is an exciting new opportunity which has seen them launch a new platform to raise funds. The company is based in Central London and will have a competitive salary of circa £28k

Your new role
The role is diverse and will allow you to get involved in different aspects of the business, the key duties for this role will include:

• Requesting Drawdowns
• Producing Redemption Statements
• Suggestions of process improvements
• Bank Reconciliations
• Assisting with Month End Practices and reporting

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a team player and have the desire to work within a fast paced environment, you will need to have technical ability of Accounts Payable, Receivable with Bank reconciliations. You will need to have a confident mind set.
