Description
As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the following;
- Accounts payable and expenses
- Coding and entry of supplier invoices
- Supplier queries
- Sales ledger
- Raise sales invoices and send to clients
- Coding and posting of transaction from bank statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Matching invoice/credit notes
- Adhoc duties
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant will have the following desirable skill set;
- Have worked in a similar role with strong finance administration background
- Strong technical competence
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent excel skills
- AAT qualified or equivalent
