Management Accountant

A retailer based in Richmond are seeking a Management Accountant to join their expanding team paying £40k

Your new company
You will be working for a well known retailer based a short walk from transport links. Due to expansion they are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the team. You will sit within the Finance team reporting into the FD and assisting the other Management Accountant. You will be working in fantastic modern offices and be supported in your development as a Finance professional.

Your new role
Your new role will be to prep the management accounts and put together the management pack. You will be responsible for the production and review of the P&L, sales and revenue analysis and cost of sales, margin and profitability analysis. You will be completing the balance sheet reconciliations and the weekly cash flow forecasting. During month end close you will be posting the prepayments and accrual journals.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be studying towards ACCA or CIMA. You will have excellent working knowledge of Vlookups and Pivot Tables. You must have previous experience working in a similar role and ideally within an FMCG, wholesale or retail.
