Description
As an Accounts Administration Assistant based from Farnborough, Hampshire office you will be responsible for
Support the purchase ledger accounts assistants, to include but not restricted to:
- Keying of overhead invoices.
- Reconciliations.
- Scanning.
- Purchase Ledger invoice query resolution.
- Petty Cash administration.
- Filing/Achieving.
- Answering phones
Profile
- Some Accounts experience is desirable but not essential
- Administration or office based experience will definitely be considered
- Experience using an accounting system is beneficially but not essential
- A good standard of IT skills being proficient in Excel and Word.
- The ability to plan their workload and to work with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational, communication and IT skills.
Job Offer
£19k-£21k depending on experience, 23 days holiday, Contributory pension scheme, plus other benefits and free parking
