An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant to join a multi-national Healthcare organisation at their office in Derby. This American organisation specialises in pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare equipment, research and more. They are a leading company in the sector of infection prevention and pride themselves on innovative techniques that aid in better quality of healthcare across the UK and globally. They are now looking for a Financial Accountant to join them on a temporary basis.

Your new role

You will be working as a Financial Accountant reporting to a General Ledger Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include completion of central balance sheets, payroll control, monthly bank reconciliations, preparation of cashflow forecasts and more. You will take an active involvement in monthly and year end reports and assisting in the improvements of processes within the finance function.

What you'll need to succeed

If you are part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with experience in a role with similar duties, this may be the position for you. You should be competent working with excel and other applications with a strong eye for detail and the ability to communicate and work well with a team.
