Experienced Process Support Specialist required to join UKRI on a temporary basis

Your new role
You'll enjoy a challenging role where you'll be responsible for discussing issues with colleagues across the grants delivery team, undertaking analytical work to identify, recommend and subsequently implement process change. You'll assist your colleagues through process change and facilitate and deliver internal training to ensure continuous improvement pre and post implementation. You'll develop and maintain Operating Procedures, process maps and training documentation whilst positively communicating any changes to internal stakeholders. You'll need to provide and analyse Management Information to establish opportunities for improvement and identify potential training needs. Additionally, you'll act as part of the wider grants management team, will delegate work to your direct reports and provide regular performance feedback.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrable experience working in a process improvement role with proven analytical skills. You'll need to be able to influence others to ensure change is embraced across the wider team, communicate effectively with stakeholders in both one to one and group environments and deliver effective training to upskill colleagues. You'll have well-honed analytical skills with the ability to provide findings and make suggestions for improvements.
