Payroll & Benefits Manger for a Financial Services company based in the city of London. Salary £80k

Your new company
This is a large Financial services company with headquarters in central London. They have a huge global presence with offices in many different countries. They are looking for someone to head up the payroll team.

Your new role
You will be in charge of a team of payroll professionals responsible for running the EMEA payroll for many countries across the globe. Your team will also be responsible for the the benefits and pension.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience running EMEA payroll as well management experience. You should also have a great work ethic and be passionate about process improvement.
