Description
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following;
- Processing all financial information for group and subsidiary companies
- Ensure all monthly financial reporting deadlines are met
- Reviewing the TB in line with strict month end process
- Present draft management accounts for review with senior management
- Manage production of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, fixed asset register, prepayments and accruals and intercompany accounting and reporting within the MI pack
- Preparation of monthly flash forecast
- Quarterly re forecasts to year end
- Annual budget for group and subsidiary companies
- Monthly and quarterly VAT returns
- 13-week cash flow forecasts
- Variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Projects as and when required
- Manage group filing to a professional standard
- Ensure reporting is accurate and complete for monthly and yearly audit presentations
- Support HR function where required
Profile
The successful Finance Manager will enjoy being an active member of a small but dynamic team and enjoy resolving challenged faced by small business and provide professional support on a wide range of issues that may not always be finance based.
You will have the following desirable skill set;
- SAGE desirable
- Part qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent excel skills
