Sales Finance Business Partner
The Sales Finance Business Partner position will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that all processes are improved and standardised across the relevant teams. Also ensuring that all teams get up to date relevant statistics to ensure the correct business decisions are made.
Our client are a global business situated in Wokingham, they are a world leader within their specific industry and are diversifying into new markets across the world. The businesses has a strategy of continuous improvement within their market strategy and the way they operate internally. The line manager for this position is keen for this candidate to want to progress rapidly within the organisation.
As a Sales Finance Business Partner you will will very closely with the sales directors for each business units ensuring that results are explained and the sales team continuously improve their sales forecasting model. You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure that sales incentives are actions and approved and that opex is reviewed. You will work with sales budget sign off, forecasting on a monthly basis and sales plans are signed off.
The successful candidate with have a good understanding at working within a commercial team, specifically working with sales on a regular basis. You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA) or equivalent and have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time.
